Poor lab facilities and in sufficient class rooms, students used as labour, also faculty too… 0% job security, there is no action taken against harassment by gents faculty member even students gave complaint. Because admission only important

There is no job security, very worst work culture even when comparing with low graded engineering college Hitler management, company policy is to make no policy for employees. No staff retention. It leads improper data maintenance and management.

Dislikes

Improper planning of work given by superiors, expectation of performing several task at a time leads inefficiency of work and time. Superiors insisting to do product development, but it may be differ from their research area.

Lot of work stress, no work satisfaction, improper management.
