When i was working in SPEL , i feel not bad. The managing directors are technically very strong in their field. we can grasp the knowledge at any time and they very easy to approach.

Dislikes

Some peoples , those who are personally very close to Directors , they are growing well. these are the evils to growth & developement of company. They are very poor in HR & employees welfare.
