I am working in shri sai hospital(heart unit) as a admin executive. The environment of the hospital is good. The staff is so supportive. The management is transparent.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't take action on that matter. They don't take seriously. Salary is good but carrer growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Work Details

I got a new experience there. There is no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to enhance my skills.
