Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. All the teammates are very cordial to each other in all senses. Salary structure is also good but career growth and work satisfaction are in the average parameters.

In every office, politics is always there with workaholic employees, so we cannot avoid that. Our Company owners are excellent but I am fade off with my immediate boss.

Work Details

I use to look after the EPF, ESI for the employees of all the sites, looking for new government tenders and applying for them. Maintaining accounts in the Tally ERP9.
