I actually missed my most of the college days I felt very bad about that apart from that I have spent my 1 and half years there I got very good experiences and lessons from the department staff and frombthe college campus like rules and regulations. I love the infrastructure of skct and its climate.

Very worst place to work, nasty internal politics, no opertunity for learning, Management will fire the faculty at any time.. Their concept is hire and fire the faculty.. No PF or ESI benefits.. Increment will be given once in 2 or 3 years.. And lot more..

They will fire the faculty without any reason.. If hod or principal or CEO don't like the faculty they ll force the faculty to resign..
