As it is a South Indian based company, it has large number of employees from south India and so they are treated with more convenience as compared to north Indian employees, there is slight discrimination between these employees, but yes, if you are honest, humble, sincere, punctual, well mannered then ofcoure you will be treated & welcomed with the red carpet. & I have remember that somebody had told me, if you will salute your duty then you won't have to salute anyone but if you will polute your duty then you will have to salute everyone...choice is yours......Read More
