This review is for production plant only. If you are female you just have to play nice with "BOSS". You will get promotions and appraisals without any skills and work. If you are male stay away. No appreciation for hard workers. More work load and low pay scale to employees who works sincerely. Less work load and high pay scale to employees who never hardly do anything.
