I have been working here for past 6 yrs.initial 3 yrs as a p.g student in dept of medicine and next 3 yrs as S.R and assistant prof. The management is very co operative and the director is a very respectable gentleman.he himself is a doctor (M.D medicine) and hence he treats all other faculty members with due respect.he is always ready to hear their concerns. Patient load:- though initially the pts were few but over the years pt load has been increasing steadily. Academics:- institute is running post graduate courses in almost all the subjects and hence academic activities are going on regularly.almost every dept will conduct there own CME every year. Institute always encourages research activities and the institution ethics committee is good and helpful Pay:- the salary is at par with other medical colleges and sometimes even more.and is on time.there is an annual increment. The pt load was initially less but now it has increased .

I have worked as a p.g for 3 yrs which was ok.not very hectic since pts were initially less.after p.g i joined as s.r and then became a.p. during these past 3 yrs pt load has been increasing and duties are a bit busy. we have to do 5 -6 duties per mth
