Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Management I's not so good, easy to manipulate, you can put pressure on managements. Boss in US (Mr Rajnesh Chopra) is very supportive.

Work culture is not good, no job security - if boss didn't like you then he will ask you to resign asap. No salary increment until you decide to left the company. You cannot grow. Some nonsence kind of pressure from manager I.e. if you are in toilet, he will knock you from outside that your time is over. No Salary slip, no I-card, not other benefits provide by the company. Free food is not of good quality. No cab facility. Incentive is very very low as compare of other recruitment company. Training facility is very poor....Read More
