Management is quite systematic and it provides a lot of transparency and support. I have completed more than 3 years in this company and haven't faced any issue as an employee. It's really hard to say what I dislike about working at Spykar as haven't faced or experienced anything issue in which I can boldy write as "dislike".

Work Details

It's been quite a journey till now and I like every bit of it. Overall a really good experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
