I just like their packaging but market feedback is very poor regarding the products due to low self life and massive product complaint in Oats and Protein Bars segment.

First of all company didn't give you Appointment Letter and secondly There is no Job security, no incentives, no salary hike, they only pressurized you with sales targets but they don't want to listen your strategy to meet sales targets or the additional man power you need to meet the targets. Expenses are never came in time, company will deduct your expenses like anything.

Work life is very hectic, It's like 12hr duty but your manager also send their excel work to you, after going home you have to sit with your laptop.
