Nothing as such. Pathetic work culture, Less documentation, No proper KT, and senior person who will always showcase himself as busy and you have to wait most of time to have discussion.
Onshore team is very good.

Dislikes
1. Don't trust on your discussion happen in terms of tech stack during tech interviews because person who taking your interview might be not one who is in your project meaning you might need to switch your skills when you actually get onboarded to project.
2.People who are here since long time they always do politics to showcase their importance. They don't want to adopt latest technologies or architectural style which are widely used in industry because these senior people dont want to upskill themself hence they force you to do the things in a way which they wanted to do. If you try to have more discussion on best approach to implement the functionality then they senior people will start find out the way to throw you out from organization with reason "not good performance".
3. Be careful during your probation period which is of 90 days and they will try all way to increase it. There is no process to track you progress, no guideline because as per HR it's all depend on you tech lead. So if you are able to make good contact with him then you are safe else you need start looking for other opportunities.
Overall Tech manager or Tech Lead are the key person they will do what they wanted to do irrespective of standard process. They might lie by saying they have taken feedback from team and it's not good. But will suggest you to go upfront and timely capture feedback which can help you in such situations....Read More
