1.There is no job security in our SAI. We spent our full skill and tallent to build up an athletes. 2.There is no Hostel facilities for staff

The last thing here is athletes and their performance; more show off than actual work. You get treated like garbage and are thrown out of the organisation mid-way through the contract, happens frequently. Nobody has a clue of what to do or what needs to be done. Most foreign staff hired over the years has left. Purposefully create controversies & then also force to resign/leave is common. Several successful court cases by staff till date. Full of ego heads, politics & malpractice. Athletes across most centers are equally or more unhappy and fed up; Coaches resistant to change, same with old office equipment. Most admin staff who never played a sport or visited the field/athletes run it like a typical 'sarkari daftar (govt. office)' and expect Olympians; also, more concerned about seeing face for 8 hrs than quality work. All centers have more or less same story. Solutions exist but no drive to implement. Don't waste your valuable life years here; both, you and the organisation won't benefit out of it. Life of a physiotherapist is hell at Sports Authority of India. They make you work like bulls that too without food. if you join there, you only have 2 choices, either you should have really good c0nnections, or you nod your head for every work whether its making tea or cleaning opd or lifting heavy flower pots.

In the name of a Multidisciplinary team, you don't work as just a Physiotherapist. They keep some illiterates above you, who dont even appreciate the jobs and duties given by the coaches. They employed us for 3 years contract, then ended the contract in 2 years. Kept us inside a hostel in the covid biobubble, but we had to pay the house rent still just for keeping our luggage. they dont let you exercise or use books or laptops. They are literally illiterates....Read More
