1. The HR Head is extremely biased with hiring only those whom he recommends and who are ready to buttering. 2. No Job Security. Either you have to follow the words and acts of the TL blindly or you will be forced to resign the company without any valid reasons. 3. Increments only to those who are close to the VCs and HR Head. Even the deserving one can be told to resign the company whereas the jobless one can get increment every year. 4.
