Higher staffs are good , they listen the issue and resolve but site staffs are too bad politics at site.

Dislikes

Nepotism at the site , they remove all the persons if no relation with site staffs.

gap between SPIE and Customer while SPIE sent the employee working under supervisor of Customer with sometime employee need support from SPIE management, but SPIE officee not much to consult or solven for us. May concerning with customer contract, but atless company should find out the best solution for helping us.
