More focus on Ground floor people trainings , compliances , Hostels facility to girls , bus facility , canteen morning breakfast

Majorly Marathi people Oriented company. Old people spoiling culture or modifying as per their understanding. High attrition of New comers. More focus on online meetings , focus on doing many more tasks but not in deep superficial things. Manufacturing Engineering is poor. Blame game , egoistic nature of old people. Should change culture. In neutral way. Biasness exists at Top management , areawise discrimination sometimes seen.
