Likes

The company is very big modular furniture manufacturing in India having first FDI with a very big company from Japan. The company is growing year by year and the vision of the company is very clear. I am sure they will get the milestones.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Apart from the director of the company the top management is not working as per their role assigned they works like postman do.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

I have worked on product development and design. I worked towards cost effective product and developed lots of components locally which was being imported from other countries.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
