Best part of my company is work environment, all level of employee are very kind

Dislikes

It is not dis like but only one thing over here is leaves are very less they won,t grant , we have to freeze leave day before 8 days , which is very impossible for planning

Work Details

Floor is filled with crazy people , we listen to music from 12.30 to 2.00 pm which lunch time and at 4.30 with tea break , fun Friday is awesome, with team bounding actives, and many games

this is small organization but good for learning those who start their carrier in IT. not recommend for experienced professional. only suitable for fresh entry free lance and carrier staring people below 3 year experience people ok they pay scale not good as small org but work culture good and lot of learning scope

pay scale very less as they small org no any other benefits than salary. can learn for your carrier but they have less clients so job security less growth low.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
