1.There is no job secure unnecessary they removed people by listi g some goships 2. Management d wish to All the employees should stay upto 8 pm,then only they satisfied,they. Don't rewuired whether doing work or time pass in that extra hours,bit they wish to stay more hours 3.very frequently company policy will change As management requirment, agreements like that ,inbetween they ll be give terms and conditions,or asking agrement letters ,company don't follow any standards 4.without intimation more than 30 members salaries they stopped,and latter all the employees go ask why we don't get salaries they replied you peoples didn't given cerfivates, so they want to continue in compamy they HaVe to submit original certificates 5. They are not accept employee designition,then after they will blame the resigned employee and wantedly remove from company 6.employees should not talk to colleges every minutes cc monitoring is there, so many don't want to wash rooms,and water, if they any employee going more times they ll be identified and unnecessarly blame that person with another reason, 6. Management are forced to employees resign other wise they ll blame that persons and they ll show mentally torture. 7.if bus late they don't care blidly they put obsent, if 3 leaves required anyone should go to take persomission of management 8.if they want any employees very charingly they ll treat them, after their work / need completed they through like tissue 9. Wrost culture 10.Swarnalatha one of the MD taken the charges from last 1.7 months , all comny rules collapsed, she thought comapny like school, unnecessarly employee restrictions 10. Suryaprakash one of the MD he is blame the department heads infront of all other dept heads , he is talking like nothing if he want to blame someone it terrible 😔 11.based on gossips they fixed increments 12. Who has lowest package means 2 laks 3 laks package they give more pece tage hike to one or two peoples and management proudly saying this year our highest hike is 40% 50% like that they say, But who has highest they drawn lowest increments 13. management will give so many promises but they don't do anything 14. Management will give false promises who resigned persons as we ll give more hike than you have offered, we ll give as per offer positional hike, but at last they don't anything. Employees by listening them they stop to go out, a offered closed then manament hand up they saying we don't know ,if you want to stay stay,or else go.like that they are telling 15. No free transport ,paid by employees 16.if you want go out in working hours they ll not give any permission 17.if u want to get marriage they ll give 4 or 5 days leave, if you want more than that they ll stop your salary ,finally u have fall on their feets, 18.if you refere any one he join and he's doing hes work ,one day if management don't like him,who's refered that person management by using unparlmentary language they ll blame employee as well as who give the reference to that person, If you doing system work ,your head must not turn back and side, you should see system only, you should not talk anyone ,if you talk they imagine like they are doing time pass. 19. Initially they temepering persons with money , later all persons knows why rey,why we came here like that they ll be bothered, If you want go there is no chance you have to pay 3 months gross are you listing not a basic brothers, it is gross we have to pay, why beacuse this amount for your certificates only, they not give releiving,service certificate, you are paying 3 mon5gross for our certificates, 20 . every person should give orginal certificates experienced and fresheres 21. Every month 1CL only we can use that ll be taken approval head not by message directly or telephonic,msgs not acceptable 22.eariers ammount they don't pay ever, any employee settlement is not there, they ll stop last one month salary and they are telling within 45 days we ll pay,but they are not paying 23. EL ammount earrir amount not paying. 24. Very backward company, good softwares not availble for documents system,all are manual procedures 25. Even pay slips also they are not providing, first we have put latter for pay slips with reason like home loan house loan then only ll give HOD approval then we have submit this letter to HR ,they ll give months after 26. So many HR left from organisation short period of time you can imagine how the comany and cmny policies are. 27. Mangement don't give respect to concern department heads ,pls don't go and blame 28. Even small audit is going overal cmny including RA accounts purchase,ARD all other temas should come to Sunday.they ll not pay for that. More and more points is there but my hands getting pain enough pls don't join don't spoil your personnel life, career growth, knowledge, time,skills.
