There was nothing in that company which I liked.

This company is totally fraud. Sowil has only good name in market. But, its integrity is totally suspicious. They only hire the fresher candidates. Because they dont have salaries to give to experienced person. While hiring, HR tells that salleries are delayed by 2 months. But in actual, their salleries are delayed by 4 month. Aftercompletion of 4 month, they only give the 20 percent part of sallery of one month. They have only 2 senior engineer in Bridge Section. Their 1 year salleries are pending. If any fresher engineer fails to perform well then they can remove him/her at any time. There is no job security. Admin of that company is totally mad and horrible like local gunda. He treats newly joined employees as slave. He even abuses them for late coming and for small reasons. Company owner appointed such person as admin to control everyone in office due to which employee will have fear in mind to ask for salary. In march month 6 employees have left the company due to payment issues. Every single employee is leaving in each month. This company is going to shut down within 6 month. They are hiring new people only for completing remaining projects. Notice period of company is also terrible which is 3 month. If anyone leaves the company without fulfilling entire notice period then company does not give termination letter, experience letter and payment of those month for which employee worked. Salary cut 50%, pending salary for last 5+ months, all annual paid leaves are cancelled, all Saturdays are working, no work from home, and mostly terrifying the employees if anyone leaves before may 2021 they will cut 2 months salary. The employees who has left are not given proper documents, and for so many employees even full and final with (1+ lack Rs) are not clear and not even ready to give full and final letter....Read More
