Sovereign has a strong digital media team with experienced professionals. Every team member is capable of taking responsibility individually. Their is fun and freedom of work in the team. Here team always takes a stand for you whenever required. Knowledge sharing is the best quality in the team. Their is no place for dirty politics in the team. Appraisal is not so good but also not so bad.

No health insurance policy for employees. Appraisal is not so good here.

I like nothing. There is no job security and company not provide salary on time. Cab facility is poor due to lengthy routes and admin and HR will not listen to your problem if any. They are not helpful in nature.

There is no job security and career growth is nil. no appraisal, cab facility poor, admin and HR will not resolve your problem. Admin team not listen for any complaint.

Worst company ever seen in my life, they can terminate you any time, if u have any probs that u can share with HR or manager instead solving they will fire you. No growth, they have initiate 3 time salary increatment but at last they refuse. This is baba ji ka comany.

The only best thing about sovereign is that 8 hour shift timing.

Too much job insecurity and more than a month delay in salary, F&F not on time delay more than 4 months. No value of employees at all.

Just copy pasting work not real AR is there. No learning at all in fact Once you will in your existence skills will be also gone. Management is too bad and company is running by management not by CEO.
