Dislikes

The management is not amicable to work with. Every director gives independent instructions and the academic director insults women heads in front of outsiders too. Too much politics...

Non cooperative staff, present director ,difficult to work under.. works on whims and fancies. Desipte having budget approvals and well established systems, makes getting money very difficult for regular functioning.
