Management is being handled by the family members. None of them are qualified to be in their positions. They don't understand professional approaches and how to run an organization.

Dislikes

Received unnumerable fake promises about career growth and salary growth. All the employees are underpaid. They don't even have salary slabs for different positions and they decide only based on their personal relationship with the employees.

There are KRAs only for namesake. Nobody follows or respects that. They expect us to do anything and everything.

The company as a whole in terms of employee friendly. Appraisals are not up the mark compared to the portfolios which i'm handling .My area of working is Finance & statistics, but i am deprived from handling the same.

Dislikes

The kind of strict atmosphere & personal phones are not allowed inside the office premises more over the abusive words i dislike the most.
