Good work environment and culture. I really like supportive team of our company, they are very helpful and skill up. And I learn a lot from them and I'm still learning.

Whatever good company it is, there will be some mis management as well, I have been working for 4 years now, and what I observe in my experience is we have to improve our salary and incentive issues. I hope so management of company will notice this and as soon as possible they will solve this problem.
