Work life balance is okay here, if you try to complete your all task on time you can easily maintain work life balance also job securt is there.

Dislikes

Some People here rathen than doing their job they are more interested toward politics and back bithching ,leads always try to manipulate in every way, u will be blamed for every mistake which doesn't even occur because of you and u will never be complimented for your good work. Also poor planning skills production increase at festive holiday time only.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
