As a Employee of solitaire from the day I had call from TA to the selection the HR was to helpful & supportive towards the process, Interview was also good there had been two managerial rounds was happened in which the they asked me current construction methods from RCC to handing over ,MEP work as well as company colure is too goodthan I expected, onboarding was too professional they create the atmosphere to us like we are the employee of that organisation, first they given brief about company & it's working policy as well as understand us the HRMS system , everything things was all seniors people are very supportive and helpful in nature...Read More

To start with there is a long list, but will keep it short 1. Before joining read your job description thoroughly and if you get interviewed make sure you ask your hiring manager about your day to day activities. Because once you are onboard, you cannot ask the HR about why there is difference in your actual job role and what was mentioned online in Job Description 2. Some of the department manager, specially at MTM Site Project treats the team member like we are in a school, not allowed to use our phones, not allowed to have our lunches because completing the task first is his priority, and will speak so rudely on calls and delegate task as if we he is paying our salaries. We wont have any right to object, If we do, we are in his bad books. Don't know how do they hire such people without having a thorough check on how they behave on personal level. 3. Salary is never before 10th, only if you are lucky in some months that is Once or twice in a year you will receive it by 6th, or else it is always by 10th max.
