The company atmosphere was filled with toxicity, negativity and lack of trust amongst management and employees. The owners/MD's behaviour was particularly concerning as he constantly displayed anger and unprofessionalism, also usase inappropriate language. His disrespectful attitude towards senior employees created a hostile environment, where expressing concerns and opinion was met with humiliation, which has hindered creativity and innovation along with moral of female employees....Read More

Free and friendly working atmosphere . Salary paid to new entrants is very poor and needs to be improved. There is no consistent policy with regard to employees and the company works more on hearsays of a few individuals and sincere and hardworking employees are not given their due credit. Overall, the company is OK as a short term employer.

Not involving key persons in decision making but blaming them when something goes wrong.

There was lot of work both in construction and O&M of Hydro projects at different locations and as head of the E&M sector it was my responsibility to ensure that all the plants worked satisfactorily with trained manpower.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
