The company atmosphere was filled with toxicity, negativity and lack of trust amongst management and employees. The owners/MD's behaviour was particularly concerning as he constantly displayed anger and unprofessionalism, also usase inappropriate language. Free and friendly working atmosphere . Salary paid to new entrants is very poor and needs to be improved. There is no consistent policy with regard to employees and the company works more on hearsays of a few individuals and sincere and hardworking employees are not given their due credit. Overall, the company is OK as a short term employer.

Not involving key persons in decision making but blaming them when something goes wrong.

Work Details

There was lot of work both in construction and O&M of Hydro projects at different locations and as head of the E&M sector it was my responsibility to ensure that all the plants worked satisfactorily with trained manpower.
