The work environment is very good and every one there is very cooperative, an employee working there can get to learn and expand there knowledge.

Dislikes

As it was my first company I started my career with and worked 2years I found my self very confident and full of knowledge I get to learn so many things from being working as a fresher there I am now a Sr. Fashion designer only because of the experience and knowledge I collected from there it is the best.

Work Details

It was challenging as well as fun and the friendly atmosphere there give me energy to work with full efficiency. They give an opportunity to interact with the buyers without any hesitation, and also helped me build my communication capability.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
