I had a bad experience while exiting this agency, after putting my best efforts and giving everything to the agency in my 1 year stay at firm I was ask to leave on short notice of 3days , and the information was given verbally. As per appointment letter ethically i should have given proper 2 month notice, but same was not given. When highlighted HR denied having such clause also stated that there was less work for the last 2 months and the salary was not affordable to them. I will suggest one thing before hiring any employee please make sure their salary is affordable to your agency or not,after that hire the employees in your agency. After all this also left the firm after serving the 3 days notice with proper hand over document, with commitment of firm HR that my last month salary and FNF will be settled in one go but I had bad experience there also only my last salary where process. And FNF where kept pending with reason that HR missed to take signature on cheque.... After going through all these I fell like I have given my one year at wrong place........Read More
