Good place to start your journey in Digital Marketing as a fresher, for a gruelling agency experience. You can have a steep learning curve, depending on how much you are willing to learn and how much work you are capable of doing.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Digital Media Team is sorely understaffed and not a lot of help or involvement is there by your reporting manager. Salary and Performance Appraisals are Luck By Chance. Work Life Balance is atrocious. Your life will be reduced to just sitting in front of your laptop for 18 hrs. Salary is peanuts. Only good thing is the learning opportunity. Only suitable for single/unmarried people who live with their parents. Because you won't even get time to eat lunch or dinner, so forget cooking meals....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
