The only thing I like about the work culture in sgml was that I was able to make some good connections that I still find usefull

The management donot care about safety or welfare of the employees, (how do I know, my position was safety offer for a few sites of sobha around Bangalore and I had to fight tooth and nail for getting the bare minimum requirements for the workers employed.
