There is hardly any positive except that the co workers are extremely helpful bit not all are trustworthy. harassment starts upfront, right after the interview. They will ask you to submit your original certificates or one month salary. Even after joining, they will not give the summer salary for minimum of couple of year if not more. One will not get the appointment letter, salary slip or even the offer letter. Every thing will be verbal and same will be denied at their convenience. You will never know what's your scale, basic, hra etc. No gpf, medical or other basic facilities will be given. Most important is that they do not have fixed working hours or the working days. Almost all the Saturdays are working with minimum of 7 am - 3 pm working hours. There many other negatives that I do not remember currently.
