You are the owner of the task. Do as you like and no-one frets about it as long as solution works and is efficient. No curve fitting during appraisals. No lengthy processes. Overall a flexible company and open to any type of negotiations.

Dislikes

People who work are taken for granted. If you are good at something and they know it, your work life balance will go to toss.

Work Details

The job is interesting, we work in close collaboration with the customer and other stakeholders. Overall there is high visibility. If you do good things, you are awarded.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
