It's culture is totally different. You may get both traditional values as well as world class education at one place.

Dislikes

Medical insurance and medical leaves are not given by management. You have only 8 to 10 CL to utilise for any work.

Work Details

I developed myself digitally. We have team system in which we work like corporate. HR is there to help you for anything. We have democracy. You can raise your voice politely to settle the matter.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
