Growth is slow. And also they don't have offices in different locations. Operating from a central makes is less flexible and monotonous is the area of work force.

SMS SIEMAG OVT KTD is a very Gud German organisation and they have collaboration with all indian steel companies which manufacture steel and SMS seimag is one big comonay which provide technology for the manufacturing of the steel and how to generate best quality and all latest Gernal Equipments and technology as well

Dislikes

Sarcasm and hectic field work when on sute and you will mostly be on sites far away from home and head office in Gurgaon, I was in main head office for only 2 months and then was send for traning and Commissioning of some steel via diifrent means and form.

Work life was my challenging some politics and Game players of Vomoany if don't want any thing than they want now go hapoen they will not like that person imposining there views and orders.
