I was working as. sr Clinical Research Study Coordinator with Dr Ashish Sir . He is a very good in nature and i learned a lot from him . My experience was really great 😊he is multi tasking and i also learn From him to do right work with right direction.he is very enthusiastic toward work.he is very dedicated to complete his all task on time . There is no issue if you have a good communication skill and working attitude towards work . They just want all work within timeline and as i was a part of different research work so patient satisfaction is must. Else . everything is good . You just have to flexible

My work was related to test new drug on patient which is responsible to check efficacy and safety and also check PK. PD profile of drug. So i was quite very good to handle all project in a good manner
