We get salary timely. Get good pf. But don't get another facilities and support. Don't fill up pm pf form for lockdown period. We neglected from any facilities. .

Leadership quality in senior management level with lack of transparency. Their vision is hire and fire concept.

Dislikes

I was a Regional head for entire east region and was PnL stake holder. In that capacity I was not having any decision making power.

Work Details

Overall work life was very stressful as their insight towards the IFM sector and Industry was very poor. The management was never transparent.
