No. I don't like working in smita patil public. There is a lot of group ism in school. They will hike salaries only for particular groups, not for everyone. Work done by one person and praises get another one. There is no humanity and respect for the job, what we do over there. If some one is going there, they are going to loose their whole vocabulary and skills. My suggestion is not to join over there....Read More

1. There are restrictions for going out. 2. Teachers have to come in time. 3. There is no proper transportation. 4. Fines are more in this school.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
