1. There are toxic environment create by some People for personal growth 2. Extra working hours without any pay ( 10-12 hours daily) 3. Too much politics and feverism 4. There are a lot of old employees here Who keep the new Joining under pressure so that they leave the company in a few months and then Again new hiring ( hired andfired) 4.
