In India job security varies from job sector. Most Indians work till retirement. Here job security is pretty good because Job security is something that’s earned through hard work, dedication, and loyalty. Work culture is pretty excellent, like everyone talks politely, communications is going in proper way and sharing their skills to new joining people. The job is quite good, struggling a bit in the beginning as there was no formal sessi, I learnt everything on the job, I have got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
