Management has no ethics no respect they use foul language and can throw you out in minutes just for being late by 10 seconds they have no proper process. boot lickers survive and the hard workers suffer. there are few very toxic ppl in the system who will never let the new talent work properly.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
