The company has latest technolpgy. I worked as an gaming jockey in which you have to Deal with new people aandnd make sure guest is comfortable and i got best feedback for me from my guest . I make good contact as well by interacting with various type of mind sets. crowd of guest coming in smaaash is excellent.

Dislikes

In this organisation, staff employees are not educated so they are not so professionals. Staff is not so focus about their work. Supervisors tried to harrase. It is very hard to work with such organization who dont take responsibility of thier female's security and comfort levels.Managers do not take complaints seriously and don not value individuals strength<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Supervisors (karan )make pressure and play politics which creates negative environment in smaaash</mark>.i dl get appreciation from my client's but theh mostly unnoticed. Also they is no on job training for the freshers but they take exams without giving knowledge. SMAAASH provides 2 time meal but u will get low quality food which is not worth to eat for the employees. NO GROWTH WHE u leave ur job. Salary is very less,high politics, i travelled 4 hours in a day for my job but i didnt get positive environment and they make me feel exhausted all the time which is very unconfortable. My work is challenging as i have to look after all the gaming section and i make sure guest are happy or not. I used to interact with guest, taking feedback from the guest if they are getting some problems then i solved it.But i stay on my toes .

The only thing i like about smaaash is that the salary comes on 1st of every month and yes, they provide meal also

There is no fixed working hours, varies from 10-12 hours, management is very poor, they take work for approx. 12 hrs daily but don't give good salary they just give 10,000 fir 12 hrs and dirty politics .
