Single owner driven and the owner who has no technical knowledge. All depends on your money. No salary for last 3 months. You should say 'yes' for whatever GM and HR says. Else you won't get any response for sure. The GM and HR does not know how to run a project. The non-technical GM won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they need to depend/obey with the owner
