It's a leading MNC company, we have to work with under Korean HOD's. Very good culture.there is huge opportunity to leaning and developing our skills. It's a systematic and discipline company.there is very good environment and transport facilities. Am happy to being the part of Lumax..

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high but grow is very slow. At month end we have to work 12hrs so reaching home at late night that's not comfortable.

Work Details

My role is very interesting and innovating. It's a highly pressured job but I love it. Monthly.daily and additional planning, invoice creation, and PO creation, plan Vs actual, slow inventory details are reporting to our team members..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
