There is no job security, they threw out 9-10 employees during COVID-19 lockdown by terminating them and given no prior notification about the same. Talk about work culture, there is none. As they do whatever they want to do. They can amend rules and regulations according to their needs. No rules, no management policies applies to them.

Dislikes

No information is being shared within employees, They terminate people with any prior notifications, no job security, there management people tell their employees work if you want to work but they will not be any promotion. They are just standing on the tip of an iceberg which might melt soon.

Work Details

Pathetic is the word. They call you at 9 AM and you leave home by 10.30 PM in the night. They have their favorite employees who got straight shift from 9 AM to 7 PM rest all either split shift or 9 AM to 10.30 PM

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
