Worst company to work for. Its a lala company, will deduct 3 days leave for any unplanned leave like sick leave. The owners will lock the gates and make you work till you submit 6 resumes. Will mentally harass you every time you fail to submit 6 resumes par day. Internal HR is for time pass. She works like a puppet in hands of the owners.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
