Very good environment for faculty members and every faculty has opportunity for higher education with their teaching work Workload is reasonable

Dislikes

staff who is at lower position always crushed down by higher position and they do not have any power to suggest against senior to higher authority because these authority always ignore juniors

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
