Large company but work culture very poor and all staff Non technical 8th standard & 12th standard They don't always allow educated people to work there.

The senior staff there work like a government employee 95% production staff is non technical and untrained, there is no job security at all, every year new staff is thrown out, they are forced to resign, there is no promotion at all

They give you a chance to handle some responsibilities but in the end its becomes the reason of one's owns death because they ask some questions in such a way without understanding the work timing if you couldn't do the work they will humiliate you very bad way...

the horrible work pressure and disgusting management of the Water EPC department. They call you a family member and give some promises of promotion while need and after getting their needs they will lure you some false allegations to remove you from the company and thread you that they will terminate or you resign your self.
