Very good HR policy. A lots of benefits you will get if u r a permanent employee and if u r a manager will get more and more benifits. No one can debit a single money from ur benifits as per the strong HR policy. Company will provide a number of training programme to increase the knowledge. If you have less technical knowledge, No problem, everyone will support you if u have that much of dedication towards the progress with safety and quality. L&T Brand name is sufficient in market. From last 14 yr of experience in L&T saying, every month before month end ( Before 2 days of month end) getting the salary. If 28th is the holiday or 27th is the holiday, you will get the salary on 26th. Getting all type of medical facilities (Domiciliary/Hospitalised) including self, family, kids, father and mother. No time for personal as minimum 12 hr you have to give for the job. Yearly appraisal system is very bad, if your boss required more oiling except less work. That is the bad luck for the staff if you boss is like this. In some of the project site, New Persons or unprofessional persons comming as a project leader, who doesn't know the L&T Culture ( Staff facility or Staff entertainment) except the work and destroying the company name as they have the power....Read More

Very bad work culture, you are supposedly working from 8-10 and still management doesn't support, senior management uses abusive language, their is no set define work responsibility, they don't know how to utilise your educational skills and talent and previous experience.

Dislikes

Very bad work timings, even you have to work on Sunday, bad appraisal system which is depend on how much rating your manager gives you, for the name sake of compensation there are lots of deductions, even hr also will not support, bad decision I made to waste my time.

Having chance to work in a challenging field and lots of opportunities to learn in various categories of project and career growth is average.

Dislikes

1.Work life balance not available, 2.No control on transfer of employees after completion of project anywhere transfer will come without any intimation or discussion with employees and management will forced to join on their selected location only. 3.Career growth is very slow even after doing excellent work , performance will not be identified properly.
